The Cy-Fair Ironmen Lacrosse club is dedicated to promoting lacrosse for our youth players in the Cypress area.  We develop core fundamental skills and a strong sense of teamwork within each player.  We teach sportsmanship, respect for officials, coaches and participants, and a sense of fair play.  For over 20 years, Ironmen Lacrosse has been rich in tradition, proudly watching our young players grow into disciplined, accomplished teammates, with a love for the game that will help them compete not just on the lacrosse fields, but in life.  And we are committed to growing the game and serving alongside other great programs.

Our Ironmen Goals:

1) To create a positive, safe and fun environment for all club members, and give all boys, in grades Kindergarten-8th grades, an opportunity to play and grow in the game.

2) To develop grade-level specific programs that teach strong fundamental stick skills and foster a life-long love for the game in a competitive environment that encourages a strong, disciplined work ethic and true teamwork.

3) To provide the best coaching available to develop each player's athleticism, stick skills, teamwork and lacrosse IQ, and prepare them for advanced levels of play in high school.

4) To instill in each player an internal code-of-conduct and integrity which sets forth a solid foundation for all levels of sportsmanship, pride in their own work ethic and a "team first" mentality, which will translate not just on the lacrosse field, but on the fields of life.

The Ironmen Lacrosse Club wants to give all young players an opportunity to learn the basics, grow in their sport and experience the best parts of lacrosse.  We are committed to creating a program flexible enough for all skill levels.  We strive to provide each player with the appropriate level of instruction in basic skills, teamwork, game concepts and rules through their participation in our clinics, camps, practices, tournaments and games.

Our Executive Board, Committee Chairs and parents are devoted to their volunteerism and to making Ironmen a memorable and positive experience not just for our players and families, but for those clubs we face-off with, as well.   Our sense of community, belonging and tradition has run deep since 1998.   We sincerely thank our parents, players and coaches for the quality of time they spend, on and off the field, making Cy-Fair Ironmen a program that continues to care for others and grow the game.
